Top 20 Albums of 2010: #13

Anni Rossi's second full length album, "Heavy Meadow," was due for release in Spring on 4AD but kept getting delayed/unreleased. Only the label and the artist know why they parted ways but I doubt it was because of the quality of the music seen here. A major style shift towards alternapop has Rossi finding a new sound that suits her.
