Indie artist Annie Clark aka St. Vincent returns with her third album, "Strange Mercy" on Sept. 12 (UK) through 4AD. Clark will reunite with John Congleton who produced her 2009 hit album, "Actor." Below is a track, "The Strangers" from "Actor."
